Items bought online

You have 90 days after delivery to return most items sold by this store. Marketplace or third-party items, when offered, follow a 30-day window.

In-store purchases

Most store purchases can be returned within 90 days. Consumer electronics follow a 30-day window, and phones follow a 14-day window, unless the product page says otherwise.

Extended holiday returns

Most items purchased from October 1 through December 31 can be returned until January 31. Third-party sellers may use a shorter window.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, start a return from your account order history. Eligible items can be refunded or replaced.

Financial services

Fees for bill pay and similar financial services are not refundable.
